Future action plan
Ensuring the practice of integrity in service delivery, encouraging innovation, providing effective services for customer satisfaction and service delivery will be digitized by 2021. By 2021, an integrated digital database of service recipients of the City Social Service Office, Meherpur will be completed.By 2021, a development action plan will be formulated to implement the National Social Security Strategy by assessing the impact of social security activities. All allowances / stipends will be paid in G2P method to the beneficiaries in the financial year 2020-21.

 01. E-document implementation:
 As per the directions of the Prime Minister's Office, the City Social Service Office, Meherpur is performing functions in the e-document system.
 002. Allowance Activities:
Allocated allowances received from the Department will be implemented within the stipulated time. Allowance e-payment activities are running online base. Which will start soon in Meherpur district. Allowances are being paid to the beneficiaries through GTP. As a result, every beneficiary will be able to withdraw the allowance easily.
03. Loan activities:
Loan activities will be digitized within the next one year. So much so that an accurate picture of how much money is owed to a borrower and how much is owed after a certain period of time can be known in any case.

04. Management Information System (MIS) activities:

The allowance is being paid by entering the MIS data of each beneficiary in Meherpur Municipality under the City Social Service Office, Meherpur.
